Shipping & Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it has been shipped.
We use DHL Express to deliver your orders
UK: 3-5 working days
United States and Canada: 4-5 working days
Europe: 4-5 working days
Africa: 3-5 working days
Rest of the world: 6-7 working days
At AMARAÉ, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. However, please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your delivery destination and the customs clearance procedures of your country.
While we make every effort to facilitate a seamless process, we do not have control over customs inspections, processing times, or additional duties and taxes that may apply. These factors may occasionally extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
To stay updated, we kindly encourage you to regularly monitor your email inbox (and spam folder, if necessary) for shipping confirmations and any courier or customs updates that may be related to your order.
If you experience any issues with delivery, please notify us within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Note that delivery issues reported after this timeframe can no longer be compensated.
Additionally, if an order is returned to us due to refused delivery or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for an additional return shipping fee

Taxes & Duties
Please note that customers are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes that may be applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your original shipping fee and must be settled directly by you.
If such payments are required, they must be cleared in order for your order to be released by customs and successfully delivered. Failure to settle these charges may result in delays, returns, or non-delivery of your order.
